What you'll learn
Understand why retention has now become the number that matters in group practice, and why filling the calendar with new clients costs more than keeping the ones you have
Read your own retention dashboard with confidence: which figures are solid enough to act on now and which to keep monitoring while new data accumulates
Turn at least one dahsboard finding into a specific change to your clinics systems and processes, chosen from your own data rather than 'this is the ways things have always been done'
Fine tune your harder conversations, including how to raise a cancellation rate or a slow booking rhythm with an associate without it landing as performance management.

Founder | Client Retention System & Group Practice Performance
Hey, I'm Elana. I'm a therapist, group practice owner, and a business consultant to other group practice owners. Nobody is more surprised than I am that I've become so data-driven. I hated math in high school, and am a lifelong eyeball-er of all things, known for winging it and flying by the seat of my pants. Sometimes this approach was met with great success, other times...do-overs have been my best friend. When I opened my group practice over five years ago, I quickly learned that intuition and 'guess-timating' is no way to run a business. And that while my emotions and gut feelings have gotten me far, they were not my best assets when it came to growing my business. When I learned how to create dashboards that reveal patterns in my clinic's performance, it was an absolute game changer. Business has never been better, but most importantly: the therapists on my team are now able to see where their opportunities to improve client engagement are, and take collaborative and effective measures to improve consistency. Clients get better care, therapists are busy, and the business has predictable revenue that doesn't rely solely on marketing.
Turning Retention Data into Opportunities
A two-hour working session for clinic owners who have run the retention analysis and are looking at a dashboard wondering what to do with it. We start with reading your own numbers: which figures are solid enough to act on, and which look meaningful but are not. Then we move to the systems behind them, rebooking, consultation follow-up, and the rhythm of your calendar, and work out which change is worth making first in your clinic specifically. The second half is given over to live walkthroughs of participant dashboards, so you see the reasoning applied somewhere other than your own practice. You leave with a shortlist of changes and the actual wording for the team conversations that follow.
